SMTP & www.100webspace.com

I have my XOOPS page hosted on http://www.100webspace.com , and this server haven't SMTP on free mode. What can I do for send mails from my web? Is possible to use an a GMAIL-account and teh smtp.gmail.com server? What I have o do for configure my XOOPS for work?
