I was wondering if the repository module (on xoops.org) is available for download somewhere?

I couldn't find anything about it...

Yes, it was a custom version of WF-Downloads

Custom and custom... it's just a renaming of the directory, templates, block functions etc. - and cloned into repository, core and themes library
