Hi everybody,

I've stumpled upon XOOPS here there and everywhere and used it myself as well...

Now Im pondering using it as the frame work for a gaming related website. A combination of a community portal, but also a place for a guild or clan if you will.

Some of the things I'm missing tho to be able to do this is a few modules which I can't seem to find anywhere, yet they do seem like a common thing everybody would have a need for if they have an interrest in making such a website.

1) Member listing.

A place where you can see all members of the guild, their rank and so on and so forth.

2) Dynamic Application/Recruitment form/module.

A module where people can click on to apply to the guild. This module should have some common things, but also be able to be cuztomized with drop down selections in the application.

For example being able to define a drop down field for 'race' 'playertype' and so on... and then define 'race' with 5 types, (elf, orc, dwarf, human, troll) for instance) so the player then would be able to select the race of his character.


A few modules like these should for a developer not be that hard to make.. but for me who aren't a developer but a system administrator - with no programming skills but enough skills to set up a XOOPS portal - completely impossible to make myself.

If anyone would be interrested in coding a module like that or point me to similar modules with some of that functionality.. that would be great. Thanks.
