1. Download 2.0.9.2 to 2.0.10 upgrade patch and extract it
2. Download 2.0.10 to 2.0.12a upgrade patch and extract to same location, overwrite existing files
3. Download 2.0.12a to 2.0.13 upgrade patch and extract to same location, overwrite existing files
4. Download 2.0.13 to 2.2 upgrade patch and extract to same location, overwriting existing files
5. Copy this cummulative patch's content of the html folder to the webserver (or rather - a backed up one for testing, right? )
6. Run http://www.example.com/xoopsupdate.php
7. Enjoy

Alternatively, you could overwrite your 2.0.9.2 files with the XOOPS 2.2 full package - but if you have any changes/hacks to core files, they won't be there afterwards and will have to be re-applied.
Also run the /xoopsupdate.php if you choose this latter approach as your database will have to be updated.

i see the new upgrade..(2.2.1)

I need to upgrade because my site was hacked.
so it's more stable and secure the versione 2.0.13? or you suggest to upgrade directly to lastest release?
