my site is busytalk.com

On my rss feed , which worked properly , afetr upgrading to XOOPS 2.0.13 it stoped working

and the error is

Can i solve this without upgrading to XOOPS 2.2 .I will upgrade to XOOPS 2.2 latter since my module(weblog) doesn't support xoops2.2
