I updated to 2.2 the other day and have been pulling my hair out since.

a. Notification options do not display in block.

b. Side and Visible columms don't show in the blocks admin

c. I can only select to show all blocks.

d. I get the following PHP Notices on the top page

e. I select don't display a block and it still displays. Tried three or four times!

I've cleared the cache and templates_c, and have also reloaded each module one by one. I've also reinstalled the upgrade again from admin.

I also turned the site off and ran block, PHP, and database debug utilities.

Anyone got any ideas?

I am running in recovery mode with php debug on and now most pages work. I'll see what I can try that hasn't already been mentioned in this thread.
