how to change the color?

how to change the dark blue default color at the top of the page? I want to do this change and dont want to change the template completely . for example if i want to change it to Red .

you need make such a change in .css file or depending on the theme, theme.html may be responsible for this.

If your using this theme (default) the page were on right now, just change the background color on this line in style.css

td#headerbanner {width: 100%; background-color: #2F5376; vertical-align: middle; text-align:center;}
