Block content isn't visible

We recently upgraded to XOOPS version 2.3.1. I can create custom blocks but can not get any content to show up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First off, there is no XOOPS 2.3x yet. Please check what you updated from and to as it will help troubleshoot the problem.

Also as with any update make sure that you update the system module. If you do not know what that is see this Flash Tutorial.

Another cause for content not showing (to certain groups) is that you need to set permissions for the group to view them. You accomplish this in System Admin - Groups and click on edit for the group that you wish to view the content.
