I've tried to several times install the XOOPS scripts, but keep running into this same problem:

I cannot create any forum categories unless I generate a 505 error. Its the default module, no modifications. The line it generates the 505 on is:

http://www.deadlynights.com/modules/newbb/admin/admin_forums.php?mode=addcat

Im on a shared Red Hat Linux box for my hosting environment, running XOOPS 2.0.13 Stable on Apache 1.3.33.

Of course, none of the debugging tools work. In my apache error logs, it says the 505.shtml file is missing when I try, but no detail nor do I have access to obtain verbose detail.

What does this script to that would cause this error?
