?? Private messaging is pretty much standard in xoops.

I thought PM was a module in 2.2?
And cant modules be uninstalled?

care to share how I can go about PM'ing someone? I dont see a option although I see the "inbox" section

You click on the Inbox link, that takes you to your Private Message Box, then click send.

You get a popup and you go from there...

Or better yet, click on the username that you want to PM, in his/her account page you will see a PM button. Press the button and write your message.
