I'm being slashdotted right now and can't get into the admin website. Where in a text file or database is the setting to enable page caching on the news section?

It is, but I have access to the files. I could make the change and maybe talk my hosting company into trying again.

I know about the faq and what caching is, but I don't know how to edit the files in the program to enable it when I don't have web access.
