There is a user at my XOOPS website who tried to register, but it gave him an error message. I registered his account for him and he was able to log in. However, he is now trying to use the forums and change his account information, but he still receives errors. The forums return "Could not insert post," and his account information return "Errors none." He is using IE v6.0.29 and no other users have reported problems. I imagine it is probably a setting in IE or on his computer that is causing these errors, but I could not figure out what to change to fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does he have a firewall turned on?
