hey i just installed xipb to my site XOOPS version 2.0.12a and it comes up with this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/master/public_html/templates_c/%%DA^DA0^DA0097BE%%theme.html.php on line 69

please help me i dont know whats going on....also it made all my themes messed up, it made the sidebar have nothing in them but in XOOPS admin>blocks everything is there.....please help!
