1. Is there a reason why layouts like the PS2 layout and the Gamecube layout will not reload the page after you post on XPHPBB??
2. Is there anyway for the admin to view normal users passwords??

1. I don't know, I doni't use this theme.
2. No. They are encrypted with a MD5 algorithm. And, why would you know the user's password? This kind of data is strictly private.

The passwords are encrypted and the only way to view them, as far as i know, is through the users email... now you can change them whenever you like... so if you find yourself in a position where a user is unable to retrieve their pass then you can manually change it through admin :)
