I want to customize the mylinks logo.gif

Does anyone have a tutorial on how it is made I want the same style but diiferent text i.e "Tutorials"

I think I should be asking what font was used to create the text?

I found the font it is called STOMP_Neuropol

Are you sure that that is the font? If so where did you download it? Also does anyone know if there is a blank of the backgroung anywhere?

Well the font does look similar I got it fromhttp://typhoon.altervista.org/download.html a guy recommended it to me fromhttp://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ but hey Iam using neuropol font now. Usehttp://www.styopkin.com/details_free_and_easy_fonts_viewer.html to view your fonts.

As for the background I would use the clone brush in photoshop to erase the text then type "Tutorial" using the neuropol font. You can get a trial version of photoshop to do this, paintshop pro also has a clonebrush I'm sure there is a free edition of version 5.
