The newbb forum uses the theme of your site.

If you want to give it a slightly different theme - there are a few tips printed recently to give a different theme based on current module. Also the Kubrik theme uses a different variation based on module selected.

If you are using NewBB2, there is a stylesheet in the newbb folder (newbb.css) that sets its own theme. I commented out most of that stylesheet, and added some of the selectors to my theme -

td#centercolumn th, li.newbb_folder, .bg3

@ kakis
Look for styles beginning with .com (e.g. .comTitle & .comUserName) in your theme css file. These declarations control specifically elements within NewBB and comments(site-wide).
