I've setup my XOOPS website and I don't want to have a members on the site its just that its a static site of information...but when I tried to log out I cn't view the headlines modules. where can i toggle the permission for this module to be viewed in a guest or anonymous account.
I'm Using XOOPS 1.3.10 version.

Adminitration Menu -> System Admin -> Groups.

Click on the Anonymous Users link and configure your module security from there.
