today i open my site,
i received this:

but after a while, i refresh, the problem disappear,
the whole site is back,
but i'm afraid the problem will come again,
so i want to fix it, however, i don't know,
can anyone teach me/help me?

This happens when your database is unavailable. Sometimes just a one time problem. If it occurs often the database server could have some problems. In this case notify your host of the situation.

Sounds like in your case maybe a temporary condition.
