It's generally a good idea to keep your site updated to the latest stable version, which is 2.0.10. But you may want to wait a few days, since it's likely 2.0.11 will be released shortly to fix a few bugs in 2.0.10.

As usual, you should do a complete backup (database + files) before updating, so you can get back to where you were, if you experience problems with the update.
