How to backup Xoops database in System and Newbb module?

Hi All,
I am facing with big problem (You can find it at: http://www.erpvna.com/modules/wfsection/article.php?articleid=1). I think that I am going to reinstall Xoops, but I need to get curent data in System and Newbb module. Can I transfer data in System and Newbb module to new install? and how to do it?

There are some modules in the repository for this that will handle smaller databases.

I just finished a short article on my site on this subject for making a complete database backup for full database restore using cron. You can view this article Here.

I will be following this up with a series of articles on this subject, including restore, automated restore for demo sites and so on.
