HELP!

My site is falling apart! nothing works properly.
modules can't be configured. If uninstalled and then reinstalled I get a fatal error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare xoops_cp_header() (previously declared in /home/tecbayne/public_html/lan/include/cp_functions.php:31) in /home/tecbayne/public_html/lan/include/cp_functions.php on line 29
Notice [PHP]: Constant XOOPS_CPFUNC_LOADED already defined in file include/cp_functions.php line 27

what went wrong?

Today, Saturday I can't even login as admni!!!

I get this error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_INCLUDE_ONCE in /home/tecbayne/public_html/lan/include/cp_functions.php on line 439

And line 439 of cp_functions.php shows:
include_once '../../../mainfile.php';

The whole site seems to take on a life of its own.

Please Help!
