I feel rude asking for this but I was wondering if someone coudl deisgn a theme for me if it's not too much trouble for my site midwintertears

My members tend to like dark blue alot. I've tried all the theme on this site but it doesn't seem to fit. even the music one with the microphone doesn't seem right.

If it's not too much trouble, I'd be enternally greatful.
