Disallow subscribing from all domain expect one.

Hello,

How can I configure Xoops's Administration module to disallow all users from subscribing to my website except those from my domain, for example 'xxx@mydomain.com'.

I suppose I have to write a "regex" rule for the "disallow email address in user settings ..." (sorry my english, my XOOPS version is in french)
