Hi everyone, I am new to XOOPS and I have a hard time of understand how the two of the lines below work. I have seen them used in many xoops's files, and I have traced them to find out how they work. But I don't really unstand how they really work and therefore I post this thread to ask for your help. Can anyone explain to me how they should be used and how and when they work separately and together.
