The three center blocks is what I want to focus on...
I want to use all three but, I would like to know how to make the center-middle block to appear toward the bottom of the webpage.

If i use all three the default sets the center-middle toward the top

Re: center block

Take a look at theme.html. You will notice block loops. You would need to reorder the block loops in theme.html to get them in the order you want. I believe if you move the center-center block loop above the center-right and left, you would achieve what you want.
