CBB - how to pull avatar

Just installed & began using CBB 1.13, and am having fum modding the templates. I've arranged Recent Posts With Text to display the way I want it, but I'm having difficulty figuring out one thing: I want to replace the poster's name with his/her avatar. I just can't figure out how to call it.

Anybody?
