Upgrade to 2.1.1 Iframe blocks not following link

Hi.

I was using 2.0.1 XOOPS and did a clean and new install
for 2.1.1. I wiped the files, directories and database and started from scratch.

when i put the following code in a block

It does not work with 2.1.1, it worked fine with 2.0.1

Am i missing something or did something change with 2.1.1
