Asked this a few months back but never resolved it - in Shoutbox 3 is there a way to make the thin auto refresh so it is usable like a proper IM box? My users are becoming upset as they have to manually refresh every few seconds or remember to tick the auto refresh tick box - I want the global rule to be auto refresh either every time a new post is added (ideal) or every x seconds as specified. Any help here would be great - I also have another issue whereby the erase button is visible to all users bizarrely but that is no great problem compared to the auto-refresh one.
