Hi I am running:

PHP 5.0.4
MySQL 4.x
Apache 2.0.53

I just installed XOOPS and had no errors during installation. I logged in as an administrator and Installed the "News" Module. The Module has three different control panel options:

- Topics Manager
- Post/Edit News
- General Configuration

The only one of these options that works is the "General Configuration". For some reason When I click on "Topics Manager" or "Post/Edit News" it simply brings me back to the main News Configuration page. I am having similar problems with the "Polls" and "Downloads" modules. Is there some setting in PHP or something that I have to enable?
