sev_door center blocks

I'm using sev_door theme. I have two blocks side by side in the middle, i.e. center right and center left. They aren't the same height. I would like them in the middle but evidently, other full center blocks only go above them, no matter how I set the weights.

Is this because of the difference in height of the two center blocks?
