I am new to XOOPS and really like it. However the default forums that come with it I am not real fond of.

The only thing I don;t like about it is how replies to a thread are listed.

Is there a way to get replies to a thread listed like they are on this forum so you can read each reply on one page instead of having to click a link in order read a reply?

Thanks in advance.

There are several good alternative forums available for download at www.bbpixel.com - or check out CBB, an improved version of the XOOPS forum system.

Go to System Admin - General Settings, 27th line down "Default Comment Display Mode" set it to "Flat" in the dropdown menu.

Scroll to the bottom and save your changes. See if that helps.

The default is set to Flat and Oldest first. However, it still shows up as threaded. It does this in the forums and in comments, and in PM's.
