I'm afraid I'm maybe trying something impossible, but anyway I'll give it a chance...
I have divided my web page in Activities (like Football, ski, Mountain climbing, etc.). For each activity I (usually) have some news and a related forum topic.
I'd be very (very very) glad if I could show in the same page:
- the last news about an activity
- the forum of that activity.
I know it is very easy to select my activity news. If its topic-id is number 12, then I just need to load http://myweb/modules/news/index.php?topic=12
And if I want to select its topic in the forum (i.e. forum topic number 5) the web-page I'd load would be:
http://myweb/modules/newbb/viewforum.php?forum=5
But I'd like to show BOTH in the same page!!!! :P
Is there any possibility to do so?
