remove "rate this" from mydownlads module

hi, i was trying to remove this things from mydownloads module. i tryed to edit the template file but they still appears in my downloads.

Are you trying to remove all of the options you have highlighted?

Did you try updating the mydownloads module after changing the template?

In admin/system/modules/mydownloads update?
