System Admin Module

I was setting group permissions and block visibility when I must have done something wrong. Now when I go to the Administration menu the System Admin Module is not showing up.

Any one know how I can get these back.

Thanks to those who read this. I figured it out. I jut had to log in with the webmaster account and then type in the URL to the .../modules/system/admin.php. Then I could correct the settings.
