good day,

when i unzipped the patch folder, i noticed that there is an "install" directory. when I tried to accessed it, it was password protected. How this password was set up?

After unzipping the patch, is it necessary to remove the "install" directory?

regards to all and more power.

No, you need to delete the install directory.

See the Xoops System Upgrade Flash Tutorial to view the complete upgrade procedure.

HTH.

Would like to say thanks to jdseymour for the excellent instructions. They worked perfectly. Could not have done the upgrade without them.

Many thanks.
