Template & notifications problem help!!

I have a strange template problem in a fresh install
check the picture

I already tried regenerate all the system module template without positive results

EDIT: just i saw the same problem in other modules for example the cjay menu

Them this is a XOOPS installations error? how i can fix this?

Somebody can help me with this?

That probably means that you are missing the language files language/-/notification.php and language/-/comment.php. If those files are missing, there may be others missing too.
