Polls Block Vanishes When Forums Page is Active

It's there with any other module active, but disappears when newbb is running. Anyone else experiencing this and find the fix?

n/m. the blocks admin module is not working right. It doesn't show the "All Pages" option when viewing blocks, I had to edit the block and set it to "All Pages" manually.
