I'm running Apache2 v 2.0.53.0 with php 5.0.1 and perl v5.8.6 (ActiveState's) on a windows XP SP2 box (staging machine). XOOPS works fine until i go to config DMS. When I try to change any settings in DMS all the fields simply return to their defaults (after clicking the update button). Apache has full rights to the DMS directory... Ideas?
