How do I install Xoops on Novell Server?

I'm trying to install XOOPS on a Novell NetWare 6.5 SP3 server. The server is a default installation, php, MySQL and apache are working.

How do I change the anonymous user rights to be able to write to the mainfile.php, cache and template_c and install directories?
