I defined a link title as "Home", it shows "home". So how can I make it show Caps "H"?

Same thing with XOOPS core "Main Menu".

I think it's linked to the theme you are using and not the module (nowhere such modification is written in the multiMenu code).

You should have a look at the style.css file in your current theme and check wether there is a "first letter" definition somewhere...
