HOW TO MOVE BLOCKS UP AND DOWN?

how can I move blocks up and down? I want to move a few up but cant find the setting

go to system admin -> blocks - at the top of the page next to Side Left-Center-Right you will see "Weight" assign a number from 0- to whatever to establish order of appearance
