i just started building my XOOPS site... i've been adding a lot of modules and everytime i check in another browser that's not logged on i can't see any options in my nav bar other than home, forum and news...

i've gone through all my modules and set any that had an option about letting guests veiw to on... and i've even just tried just pointing the browser to the modules but i don't have permissions as a guest to view them...



i'm also having problems with custom and module blocks being accessible only to registered users... there is no option in the block edit to change permissions for the blocks to be visible to guests...

is there anyway to change this... i'm not quite fluent enough in php to try to find the solution myself without messing everything up

please help...

One word for you: search. This question has been answered hundred of times...

However: System Admin - Groups.

In your admin section, there's a option called groups.
In this option you can set the usersrights.
