[2.0.10 RC] Custom Blocks Failed After Upgrade

I upgraded from 2.0.9.3....except did not update forums and news as I am using a newer version of those...

Seems that the update went well but my custom blocks now don't function.....I can try to edit an all in the admin backend section but now the content wont show in the frontend.

I guess I did, all I did was add the patch replacing old files....except not using the news/newbb located in the modules folder.....

"Updating the system module" refers to a specific action in the XOOPS control panel:

1) Administration Menu >> System Admin >> Modules

2) Click the Update icon in the Action column for the System module.
