how to make an image link in main menu

Can someone tell me how i can make an image link in the main menu.

When i will click on image the new page with that adress will open.

i go to blocks and create new block with that code

but in preview i see picture but when i save it i don't see pictures?

in previws picture must be in /modules/iamges when you create new block then pictuire must be in /news/images and now working!
