AMS 2.41 Notification Option??

I'm using the ams module. Is there a notification block that I'm overlooking to be able to see when submitted articles are waiting to be approved?

Instead of having to go into the Admin -> AMS -> Manage Articles it would be nice to have a block that displays the number of articles waiting to be approved.
