Is it possible to add a red and green light in the forum?

Let me explain: the green light when a question/post is being answered and a red if not. The green light could go on when the 'reply'button is being activated by someone.

This works 2 ways:
1. the poster knows there's an answer coming
2. other posters know there's an answer coming and they can focus on some other post to answer.

I think implementing this as a basic feature, it would help a lot of ppl. More questions would be answered this way and it would be faster.
