Login Screen Backround

Hi I am having trouble finding the css for the login screen backround. When I say login screen, I mean the screen you see for about 5 seconds that automaticly refreshes. If you would like to go here: http://www.fernferretstudios.com/xffs/
Username: Test
Pass: 12345

Also, I noticed on an incorrect login my text is blue... does anyone know how to change that?

Any help would be appreciated!

you will need to edit the template under system - "system_redirect.html"

first, you will need to clone your templates if you have not already done so.

Thanks! Now I have one more question, scroll bars should I do those from there also? I have added the following css in my styles.css for my theme:
BODY{
scrollbar-base-color: #FFFF00;
scrollbar-track-color: #111111;
scrollbar-face-color: #333333;
scrollbar-highlight-color: #666666;
scrollbar-3dlight-color: #FFFF00;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #333333;
scrollbar-shadow-color: #111111;
scrollbar-arrow-color: #FFFF00;
}

But this only skins the scroll bars that are tecnicly in the body such as the one when you type a message but not the overall scrollbar.

this should work for templates as well, but note that it only works in explorer.
