hello dear guys i have one problem installing xoops. at the beginning of the wizard i get
Directory uploads/ is writable.
Directory cache/ is writable.
Directory templates_c/ is writable.
File mainfile.php is writable.

But after i put all my server and database info in it says: Could not write into mainfile.php. Please check the file permission and try again. Im running apache 1.3 in wind xp sp2 with MySQL 4.1.10 and php 5...I read here something about Iuser but I dont know what is this and I don't know how can i change the permissions in win xp sp2...I tryed to use the attrib in cmd to make the permissions but nothing change...
