I added some themes to see if I liked them, and when I selected them, I started getting errors like this when I switched to them:

Warning [PHP]: fetch(c:/inetpub/wwwroot/templates_c\%%4B^4BA^4BA966DF%%db%3Asystem_block_search.html.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in file c:\inetpub\wwwroot\class\smarty\Smarty.class.php line 1255

I searched forums, and some poeple had suggested deleting everything in the templates_c directory. I did this, and now I get a ton of those errors when I go to the home page.

I can no longer get into admin. I tried a reboot (not sure why), and nothing works.

These error reference Smarty.class.php line 1248 and Smarty.class.php line 1255

I figured it out.
I had recently moved XOOPS to a different folder, and didn't give right permissions to templates_c folder.
