Wordpress Me configuration

anyone know how to configure or edit the codes of worpress me module to do this:
Member 1 owns a blog and allows Member 2 and 3 to view the contents. Only Member 1 can edit the contents, but Member 2 and 3 are able to read the contents. Member 4 and 5 are unable to view the contents.
